How can our Rotary Club be involved?
New Zealand is a much-favoured destination but we cannot accept students unless we have participating clubs and host families. We appreciate this club support that allows us to welcome visitors into New Zealand, and provide New Zealand youth this wonderful opportunity.
Getting involved in RYE should be a joint experience for the whole club; don’t just make a committee decision. Discuss it with all club members and let them ask at home to see how they can support the student. If you are a small club, you can even join forces with another club. A shared club experience can work, providing the school is still convenient.
Rotary Clubs are involved in the Rotary Youth Exchange programme in three ways: as hosts; sponsors or nominators.
Use the menu on the left to find out more about each of these three ways of getting involved.
